Welcome to House of Rhythym and Greens
A sanctuary where golf, art, and music ignite visionary thinking.
The story behind the story.
A Dear World Collection Property

Why Robert Built This

A Place to Reflect and Evolve
Built for high performers who value progress over prestige, the House invites guests to slow down, reconnect with purpose, and explore new ideas in a supportive, inspiring environment.

Every element of our space is grounded in rhythm, the rhythm of conversation, creativity, and even the golf swing. This harmony fuels an atmosphere that nurtures innovation and genuine connection.

Set on a serene half-acre above Capitol Hill in Salt Lake City, the House is home to immersive gatherings that bring together visionary minds in curated experiences that spark lasting transformation.

Everything we do is carefully curated, from the people we invite to the conversations we spark. Our gatherings are not about volume, but about depth, purpose, and lasting impact.

Testimonial
“The Dear World has nothing to do with basketball and it has everything to do with basketball because it helps us develop a sense of trust with one another."
