Welcome to House of Rhythym and Greens
A sanctuary where golf, art, and music ignite visionary thinking.
Rhythm & Greens isn’t your typical social club; it’s a private house reimagined for those who’ve earned the right to unplug with intention. Tucked away from the noise, this is a space designed for high performers who don’t just work hard,  they live well.

Here, golf isn’t just a game; it’s therapy. Music isn’t just background, it’s part of the atmosphere. And relaxation isn’t a break, it’s the whole point. With state-of-the-art golf simulators, a mud rooftop for rooftop rituals, and an immersive sound system throughout the house, we’ve built the ultimate playground for those who move fast and want a place that helps them slow down, on their terms.

This isn’t a venue. It’s a vibe, one you belong to, not just visit.
The story behind the story.
A Dear World Collection Property
Rhythm & Greens is part of the Dear World Collection, a global constellation of programs, practices, and properties dedicated to helping people shape the way they see their lives and the way the world sees them.

What began in New Orleans has grown into a movement that’s guided over one million people, from boardrooms to locker rooms, stages to studios, to uncover their stories, shift their perspectives, and step into deeper leadership.

The Dear World Collection is more than storytelling. It’s a method for shaping identity. A framework for building culture. And a lifelong toolkit for those ready to lead with meaning, not just momentum.

Meet Robert

Founder of Dear World & Creator of Rhythm & Greens

Friends call him “X.” His mother gave him the middle name Xavier because she thought it would look good on a campaign sign,  and she wasn’t wrong. Robert X. Fogarty is a creative force behind global movements that merge storytelling, leadership, and purpose.

He got his start in post-Katrina New Orleans as an AmeriCorps member. He went on to serve the City of New Orleans for three years and co-founded Evacuspots, the world’s largest integration of public art and emergency preparedness. His work wasn’t just about ideas;  it moved people, literally and emotionally.

Robert is best known as the founder of Dear World, a storytelling company that has helped over a million people, from Super Bowl champions to Fortune 100 executives, articulate the moments that define their leadership.

Now, with Rhythm & Greens, Robert brings that vision to life in a physical form,  an elite sanctuary where performance takes a back seat to presence, and leadership is shaped by alignment, not ego.

Why Robert Built This
After 15 years inside the world’s most high-stakes rooms, from crisis boardrooms to locker rooms before championship games, Robert Fogarty noticed something missing.

Leaders weren’t lacking strategy or motivation. They were lacking space. Not just physical space, but mental, emotional, and creative room to step back, reflect, and realign. The higher they rose, the louder the noise became. And yet, the deeper clarity, the kind that fuels legacy, not just success, could only come in stillness.

So, he built that space. Rhythm & Greens is the result: A private house turned intentional club for the few who know that performance without pause leads to burnout and that true leadership starts within. This isn’t a networking mixer. It’s a recalibration ground for decision-makers, founders, and visionaries who want to play, think, and evolve without distraction.
